SNG: Energy efficient gearless MRL electric lift

SELE SNG machine room-less electric lifts exploit the best technologies in order to guarantee optimal performance even at high speeds while reducing energy consumption and the environmental impact.

Available with a rated speed of 1 m/s or 1.6 m/s, they are ideal for buildings subject to intense traffic and lend themselves well to installation in shafts of reduced dimensions. Quiet and comfortable, they guarantee excellent stopping precision and an incomparably smooth ride.

 

Main advantages

Energy efficiency. The permanent magnet synchronous motor associated with a frequency controlled gearless structure means lower mechanical resistance compared to an equivalent brushed motor and a consequent increase in the lifespan of the motor. The low inertia enables a substantial reduction in energy consumption.
No polluting oils. Brushless motors do not require lubrication of any kind.
Quiet operation. The absence of brushes reduces the electromagnetic noise typical of other DC motors and represents a significant advantage in the case of machine room-less lifts, where the drive machinery is installed at the top of the shaft.
Maximum acceleration/stopping precision. The permanent magnets are made from materials ensuring a low rotational inertia and thus very precise control both over speed and acceleration.
Compact dimensions. Thanks to a smaller motor delivering the same power output, the lift can also be installed in shafts of limited size.
Speed. The lifts are available with rated speeds of 1 or 1.6 m/s.
Riding comfort. The rope car frame suspension with pulleys in the lower part allows a better distribution of the load and excellent riding comfort even at high speeds.
Less stress on the shaft. The improved distribution of the car’s weight reduces the stresses on the lift shaft.
Structural flexibility. To enable the lift to be better adapted to the building’s characteristics, the guide rail anchorages can also be spaced widely apart (3.30 m).
